Overview
This reference lists the confirmed staff-facing areas, configurable settings, and visible prospect outputs in Prospect Intelligence.
Use this page when you need a quick reminder of:
- where Prospect Intelligence appears in the workspace
- which settings affect the model
- what outputs staff can see after a refresh
- how to interpret the refresh-based nature of the feature
Staff-facing areas

Leadership annual threshold
Supports interpretation of stronger annual giving patterns where relevant in the model.
Lapsed after days

Refresh behavior
Prospect scores are:
- workspace-scoped
- derived from the latest persisted refresh
- not live recalculations on every page load
This matters because changing settings does not automatically update every visible score until a refresh has been run.
Notes
- Prospect scores are workspace-scoped.
- Scores come from the latest persisted refresh, not live recalculation on page load.
- The tenant docs only describe scoring factors exposed through settings and help text.
- Prospect Intelligence is best used as a prioritization and review aid, not as a replacement for fundraiser judgment.
