Create a Program
- Open
Programs. - Choose
Create. - Complete the tabs:
Details: title, slug, descriptions, and optional team accessSchedule & Visibility: dates, timezone, status, and visibilityFilters & Registration: public filters, multi-event registration, marketing consent, and tracking defaultsBranding & Contact: banner, SEO indexing, and contact details
- Save the program.

Add Events to the Program
Programs collect events that are assigned from the event side. When editing an event, turn on Is this event part of a program? and choose one or more programs.
Enable Multi-Event Registration
- Open the program.
- Turn on
Allow multi-event registration. - Save.
Supporters can then select eligible events from the program page, add them to a cart, and complete one checkout flow.
Share the Public Program Page
Use the public program page to:
- explain the overall initiative
- show included events
- let visitors filter the event list
- allow single-event browsing or multi-event registration
If the program is password protected, visitors must unlock it first.
Communicate With Registrants
From the program record, use Broadcasts to email people registered for that program.
